Yes, they are. When a logo is sold it is automatically marked as SOLD on the LogoStack website and will never be available for sale again. So, if you find a logo design that you like, we strongly recommend that you purchase it before someone else does!
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Credit card transactions are processed through PayPal, but you don’t need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
Your final logo package will include industry standard vectors files (EPS and/or AI ), and bitmap files (JPEG and/or PNG). Any additional formats can be delivered upon specific request via email. There’s no additional charge for other formats.
The final logo will be delivered in CMYK mode (EPS, AI) for print and in RGB mode (JPEG, PNG) for web.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the logo will be automatically sent to your email address as a ZIP file that you can download on your computer. If you need changes, the revisions to your logo design will be provided within 48 hours of your request via email.
Yes, you can request minor revisions to the purchased design. You just need to provide detailed information on what you would like to change in the design. We will work with you on revisions via email and will send you the final files in the correct formats for printing, web use etc. We guarantee revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
No. Minor changes to the color, text, font, size or placement of the different elements of the design are always included in the price. However, the purchase price does not include any major customization costs. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing.
Most revisions are completed within 48 hours. This feedback and revision process will continue until you will be 100% satisfied with the result.
Yes, you can. In fact, we highly recommend registering your logo as a trademark as soon as we deliver the final logo files to you. It is the best way to protect your logo.
Every logo design available for sale on LogoStack website comes with exclusive rights, which means that each of them can only be sold ONCE. When payment in full is received by LogoStack, all copyright ownership and rights are transferred to the buyer. From the moment the Client receives the final work, the Client fully owns the copyright and has complete control over the logo’s publication, distribution and reproduction.
Yes, you can resell the logo at any time.
You need to have Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw or any other vector files editing software to open the logo yourself.
Since LogoStack products are all digital files and there are no means of any actual goods being returned to LogoStack with the guarantee that the delivered files have been destroyed, therefore all sales are considered to be final and non-refundable once the download link(s) have been emailed to the client, and/or domain transfer secrets released. This rule is standard in this industry.
